Estimates, not advice

Every result on this site is an estimate for general information. It is not tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice, and it is not a guarantee of your actual pay, withholding, or tax liability. Payroll depends on details a calculator cannot know. Confirm important numbers with your employer, your pay stub, or a qualified professional before relying on them.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the tax data accurate and current, and we test our calculations against published federal and state figures. Even so, the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on a result. Where the law does not allow a liability to be excluded, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

Acceptable use

When using the site, please do not:

• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• copy our content or data wholesale to republish it as your own;
• use the site to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows, for example when the premium plan launches. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
